Who We Are
Bedford Property Group is a privately held multifamily investment firm focused on Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. We acquire established apartment communities, from suburban garden properties to a historic downtown loft building, and operate them for the long term.
We are deliberately small and principal-led. That keeps decisions close to the properties and keeps us accountable to the residents who live in our communities and to the investors who trust us with their capital.
